Our 1^st round of Club play in 7 weeks as a result 2020’s COVID-19 health crisis. Lou Miller kicked it off by laying down a hole-in-one on the par 3, 16^th hole at Mission Del Lago. Congratulations! Lou reports that was his 6^th ace. I don’t know if his other hole-in-ones rewarded him with $200.00; but this one sure did plus the skin. It was unfortunate that the closest to the pin competition was temporarily removed from our format due to COVID-19 concerns. Nevertheless, a hole-in-one is still one of the greatest feats in golf; if not the greatest. Willie Broadnax, 2014; Henry Swann, 2019; and now Lou Miller just 5 months later on May 18, 2020, have posted a River City Golf Association tournament hole-in-one. Who’s next?
